The terms and conditions mentioned on the PPAI website apply to the use of PPAI site.

Accessing or using PPAI site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions include the PPAI site's Privacy Policy, any guidelines, rules, additional terms or disclaimer that may be posted and updated on the site. If you are not in agreement with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.

Changes

PPAI reserves the right to change, add, delete or modify, portions of these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice. Please check these Terms and Conditions periodically for any modifications. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes will mean that you have accepted and agreed to the changes.

Content and Limitations on Use

All content available on PPAI site or accessed from the site, such as text, graphics, trademarks, logos, videos, images, applications, programs, source codes, computer codes and any other information, is owned by PPAI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

You may print or download any Content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial, informational or scholarly use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

PPAI does not allow copy, display, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, store, transmit, post, translate or create any derivative work, sell, license, rent all or even parts of the content obtained from the site in any medium to anyone, other than in the form permitted by the Terms and Conditions, relevant license or by subscription or by authorization from PPAI.

You may not disassemble, decompile or translate any software in the content or even attempt to derive the source code, except to the extent permitted under the applicable law without prior written permission from PPAI. Systematic retrieval of content from the site to create a collection or compile a database or directory without prior written permission from PPAI is disallowed.

Unauthorized use of robots, spiders, crawlers or other automated downloading programs, algorithms or devices to continuously and automatically search, scrape, extract, link, index any content; or harvesting personal information form the site to send unauthorized material or cause disruption to site or any person using the site is not permitted. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the site or to any networks connected to the site or to any PPAI server or any of the products or services provided. You may not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or any network connected to the site or breach the security or authentication measures on the site or any network connected to the site.

No part of the site may be used to publish or distribute any information which is illegal, violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person, which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, profane, pornographic, threatening or vulgar and contains errors, viruses or other harmful components, or which is otherwise actionable at law. PPAI may at any time exercise editorial control over the content of the site.

Without prior approval from PPAI, no promotional activity like advertising, any promotional material or soliciting other users to use any goods or services can be carried out. No business or activity prohibited by law is permitted such as soliciting subscribers or users to utilize any other services. Download and redistribute of public information or shareware for personal gain is not permitted.

Rights and Permissions

Questions about authorization and requests for permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, or derive any work from any PPAI published work, images, or other work should be directed to PPAI.

Material Provided to Us or Posted On or Through the Site

PPAI will not claim ownership for any content or application provided by users or third parties including feedback, suggestions, blogs, message boards, forums. chat rooms and so on. PPAI will not be responsible for accuracy of such information. However by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting, you grant PPAI sub-licencees a royalty-free perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide non-exclusive rights and license to display, publish and otherwise use your submission in any format in connection with the operation of our respective business. PPAI is under no obligation to display or otherwise use any Submission you may provide. The site may remove any Submission at any time under it's sole discretion. By Posting a Submission, you also warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for granting the permission specified above.

We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor Submissions to determine compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any operating rules we establish and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. We shall have the right in our sole discretion to edit, refuse to post, or remove any Submission.

Notification of Infringement

Incase any alleged intellectual property infringement is noted, an alert has to be directed to PPAI.

Other Terms and Conditions

Some additional Terms and Conditions may apply for purchase of goods or services, to specific portions or features of the site, to subscriptions, licenses with institutions with which you may be employed or associated or affiliated. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the terms that are posted for or applicable to a specific portion of the Site, for any service offered on or through the Site, or set forth in an institutional subscription or license agreement, the latter terms shall control with respect to your use of that portion of the Site, the specific service or the subscribed or licensed product.

Systems Reliability

We at PPAI aim to keep the Site available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and to maintain saved information. However, PPAI shall not be liable for lost altered, or corrupted information or non-availability of the Site.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Neither PPAI nor its suppliers or licensors make any warranty whatsoever, including without limitation, that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; that any defects will be corrected; that the Site, including the server that makes it available, is free of viruses or other harmful components; or as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, suitability, quality, non-infringement, operation or result obtained from the use of any Content, product or service provided on, accessible from or distributed through the Site.

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold PPAI, its directors, officers, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors harmless from and against any and all third-party claims of liability, losses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site or its Content, products or services. All matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site or its Content, products or services must be brought within one (1) year after the event or such claim is barred.
